The application must be downloaded, completed, and submitted by April 19, 2025 by 3:00pm.

In order to be eligible to receive a scholarship from the O’Connor Athletic Booster Club, the applicant must complete 6 hours of OC Athletic Booster Club concession duty volunteer hours and his/her parent/guardian must also complete 4 hours of concession duty for the OC Athletic Booster Club in the current academic school year.
