2026 FALL PROGRAM - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When is the ad deadline?
All ads and artwork must be submitted by Monday, July 13, 2026.
Where do we submit ads and artwork?
Email all forms, artwork, and pictures to ocfallprogram@gmail.com.
How do we receive the 10% Early Bird Discount?
Ads paid in full by June 15, 2026 will receive the 10% discount.
Do we have to submit artwork by June 15 to receive the discount?
No. Your ad only needs to be purchased and paid in full by June 15. Final artwork can still be submitted until July 13.
What materials are needed for an ad?
Businesses may submit logos, business cards, text, photos, or completed PDF ads. Parents may submit photos and dedication wording.
Are photo shoot sessions free?
Yes. Photo shoots are completely free, but you must reserve a spot in advance and your ad must be paid in full before the session.
Can someone help us create our ad?
Yes. We can design your ad free of charge and send a proof before printing.
What are the ad dimensions?
1/4 Page: 3.623” x 4.936”
1/2 Page: 7.375” x 4.936”
Full Page: 7.375” x 10”What file formats are accepted?
JPEG and PDF files are preferred. Please do not submit Microsoft Word, Publisher, or PowerPoint files.
How can we make payment?
Payment options include Check, Credit Card, or Online Payment at www.ocathleticboosters.com.

Yes. Programs are $20 each and may be purchased online or at varsity football games.
Who can purchase an ad?
Anyone may purchase an ad, including businesses, parents, grandparents, friends, and community supporters.

Included with each ad purchase is the option for a complimentary mini photo session with our OC Nation Photographers. Ad must be paid in full prior to photo session. Photos session are subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Purchase an ad in the program and receive the following:
